Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 11 June 2026
Tendonsvivliving is committed to ensuring our website and programmes are accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the New Zealand Government Web Standards where practicable.
1. Website Accessibility
Our website includes:
- Semantic HTML structure with headings, landmarks, and labels
- Keyboard-navigable interactive elements
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds
- Responsive layout for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
- Alternative text on images
- Visible focus states on form fields and buttons
2. Known Limitations
Some decorative display fonts and collage-style layouts may present challenges for screen magnification. Embedded Google Maps content is governed by Google's accessibility features. We are working to improve these areas over time.
3. Programme Accessibility
Our habit-structure programmes are delivered via video call, phone, or in-person at our Manukau studio. If you have specific access needs — including hearing, vision, mobility, or cognitive requirements — please tell us when you enquire. We will discuss reasonable accommodations within our programme scope.
4. Human Rights Act 1993
We do not discriminate on prohibited grounds under the Human Rights Act 1993. We welcome enquiries from all New Zealanders and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate access needs.
5. Feedback & Contact
